In Windows, LumenMill stores heart rate logs locally in the folder “LumenMill” in your user documents folder.

In MacOS, LumenMill stores heart rate logs locally in the folder: “User/<username>/Library/Containers/com.LumenMill.LumenMill/Data/Documents/LumenMill/”

These are for your own use and are not accessed by LumenMill once written.
